Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree;
  • 1 cup yogurt or coconut milk;
  • ½ cup apple juice or water;
  • 1 banana;
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice;
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract;
  • 1 cup of ice;
  • Pecans crushed; (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients except for the pecans and blend until smooth.
