  • Season the pork chops to taste on both sides.
    4 pork chops, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Melt some cooking fat in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Brown the pork chops, 5 to 6 minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Add the apple slices and allow to cook until soft, about 2 minutes.

  • Pour in the apple butter (start with a ½ cup and add more to taste), cinnamon, chili powder, and coconut milk.

  • Stir until well combined, then bring to a light boil.
  • Add the pork chops back to the skillet, and cook until warm.
  • Serve the pork chops with the apple slices.
