2Tbsp.taco seasoning(or make your own: 2 tsp. chili powder, 1 ½ tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. onion powder, ½ tsp. each of garlic powder, cumin and dried oregano)
Add some ghee to a pan that has been preheated to medium-high heat.

Add half the onion and cook for about 5 minutes.
