Preheat oven to 425 F.
Brown the sausages in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes on all sides, and set aside.
6 to 8 sausages of your choice
Add the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and olives to a baking dish.
½ cup cherry tomatoes, 1 red onion, 2 bell peppers, 1 zucchini, ½ cup pitted black olives
Toss all the vegetables with olive oil, red wine vinegar, basil, and season to taste.
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. fresh basil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place the sausages on top, and roast in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
