Preheat grill to medium-high.
Season the steak to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
1 ½ lb. flat iron steak, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until the desired doneness.
Transfer to a cutting board, let the steak sit for 4 to 5 minutes, and slice.
Make the dressing by adding all the ingredients to a food processor, season to taste, and blend until smooth.
¼ cup cilantro, 3 tbsp. lime juice, ¼ cup olive oil, ½ tsp. garlic powder, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 avocados
In a salad bowl, combine the spinach, bell pepper, radish, cucumber, and tomatoes; toss gently.
10 oz. baby spinach, 1 bell pepper, ½ cup radishes, ½ cucumber, ¼ cup grape tomatoes
Serve the salad with sliced steak and avocado dressing drizzled on top.
