Spiced hot apple cider is amazingly delicious and naturally free from gluten and dairy. Add an entire orange, allspice, and star anise for a warming treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts fresh pressed apple juice
  • 6 whole star anise
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 10 allspice berries
  • 1 orange sliced

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large slow cooker pot. Cook on low for 4 hours.

  • Strain prior to serving.
