This evening why not indulge in an enticing dish of lemon-garlic baked salmon? It is a meal worthy of being served in a restaurant, right in your own home.
Combine the garlic, lemon juice, and zest, parsley, cooking fat, salt, and pepper in a bowl, mix well.
2 garlic cloves, Juice and zest of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, 2 tbsp. cooking fat of your choice, Sea salt and black pepper
Place the salmon on a baking tray and pour over the marinade. Add the green beans to the pan and drizzle with a little cooking fat and season to taste. Add the lemon slices on top of the vegetables and salmon.
2 8 oz. salmon fillets, Green beans, Lemon slices
Place in the oven and allow to cook for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
