Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the paprika, garlic, and onion powder, then season to taste.
½ tbsp. paprika, ½ tsp. garlic powder, ½ tsp. onion powder, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Thread the chicken pieces and bacon, alternating, onto skewers, folding the bacon pieces in two.
2 to 3 chicken breasts, 8 bacon slices, Wood or metal skewers
Season the skewers with the spice mixture.
Place the skewers on the preheated grill and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until nearly cooked through.
Brush the skewers with the BBQ sauce generously, and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
Adjust the seasoning and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
