Curry Cauliflower and Tomatoes Recipe

Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
¼ cup coconut oil
Add the cauliflower and cook until soft, about 4 to 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and onion; cook another 2 to 3 minutes.

Drizzle the lemon juice, and sprinkle with cinnamon, curry powder, then season to taste.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, and cook until everything is nice and soft, 8 to 10 minutes.
