Waldorf Salad Recipe
A simple salad that will please everybody with its crunch and sweetness. Waldorf salads are originally made with mayonnaise, apples and walnuts.

Mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a large bowl and season to taste.
8 tablespoon homemade Paleo mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Add the walnuts, celery, apples, green onions as well as grapes, and chicken (if using) and mix it all together.
1 cup walnuts, 1 cup celery, Leftover chicken, 1 cup grapes, 2 red apples, ¼ cup green onions, Salt and pepper to taste
Serve the salad on a bed of romaine lettuce.
