Roasted Dried Herb Drumsticks Recipe

Take the ordinary out of chicken drumsticks - sprinkle an abundance of dried herbs, roast the drumsticks to perfection and add a side of spinach and artichoke dip, no bread (or breading) necessary.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Place the drumsticks in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with all the spices, and season to taste generous.
    2 lb. chicken drumsticks, 2 tsp. dried oregano, 1 tsp. dried basil, 1 tsp. dried parsley, ½ tsp. dried rosemary, 1 tsp. onion powder, ¼ cup olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Give everything a good mix, making sure that all the drumsticks are well coated.
  • Place the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Cook in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping at the halfway point.
  • Let the chicken rest for 4 to 5 minutes before serving.
