Preheat oven to 400 F.
Season the pork chops to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, then place in a baking dish.

Combine the chives, garlic, onion flakes, Parmesan, clarified butter, and olive oil.
¼ bunch of fresh chives, 4 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. onion flakes, ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, ½ cup clarified butter or ghee, 2 tbsp. olive oil
Top each pork chop with a portion of the garlic-chive mixture, using only half of the total mixture, and place in the oven.
Bake for 15 minutes, turn the chops over, and brush with the remaining garlic-chive mixture.
Return the pan to the oven and bake for 15 minutes longer.
Let rest for 4 to 5 minutes, and serve topped with green onions.
