  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • In a bowl, combine the garlic, mustard, honey, rosemary, vinegar, and olive oil, and season to taste.
    2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. raw honey, 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Wrap the pork tenderloin with the bacon slices.
    1 ½ lb. pork loin, 8 to 10 bacon slices
  • Carefully rub the mustard-honey sauce all over the bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin.
  • Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and roast in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
  • Let the pork rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
