Sheet Pan Sausages and Veggies Recipe

At the end of the week, skip the pizza and bake this instead! Keto sheet pan sausage and veggies are making the rounds with health and amazing flavor all in one dish.

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • In a bowl, combine the clarified butter, olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika, and season to taste.
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1 tsp. paprika, ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup clarified butter or ghee, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Place all the vegetables on a baking sheet.
    8 oz. Brussels sprouts, 2 bell peppers, ¾ lb. fresh green beans, ½ cauliflower head, 1 daikon radish, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves
  • Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the vegetables and toss gently.
  • Add the sliced sausages on top of the vegetables and place in the oven.
    6 to 8 sausages of your choice
  • Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, turning the veggies and sausages at the halfway point.
  • Let rest for 4 to 5 minutes; serve warm.
