Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a bowl, combine the clarified butter, olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika, and season to taste.
2 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1 tsp. paprika, ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup clarified butter or ghee, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place all the vegetables on a baking sheet.
8 oz. Brussels sprouts, 2 bell peppers, ¾ lb. fresh green beans, ½ cauliflower head, 1 daikon radish, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves
Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the vegetables and toss gently.
Add the sliced sausages on top of the vegetables and place in the oven.
6 to 8 sausages of your choice
Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, turning the veggies and sausages at the halfway point.
Let rest for 4 to 5 minutes; serve warm.
