Basil Pesto Chicken Recipe
Aromas of basil pesto floating throughout the house, slipping through any crack, inviting the neighbors in - that is baked basil pesto chicken.

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Put the basil, garlic, pepper flakes, and pine nuts in a food processor and pulse until everything is well chopped.
2 cups fresh basil leaves, ½ tsp. red pepper flakes, 3 garlic cloves, ⅓ cup pine nuts
Add the olive oil, pulse again until smooth, and season to taste.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, and cover them with a good layer of basil pesto.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
