  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, minus the steaks, and season to taste.
    1 Steak of your choice, 4 garlic cloves, ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves, ⅓ cup olive oil, Juice of 1 orange, Juice of 1 lime, Juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. ground cumin, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Whisk until everything is well-emulsified.
  • Place the steaks in a marinating container and pour the marinade on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, 2 hours max, turning every 30 minutes.
  • Cook the steak whichever way is your favorite. Or preheat the grill to medium-high.
  • Grill the steaks for 4 to 5 minutes per side if using skirt steaks or until their desired doneness.
  • Let the steaks rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
