  • In a jar, combine all the ingredients for the Italian BBQ sauce, season to taste, and stir until well combined.
    Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, ½ cup BBQ sauce, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tsp. dried red pepper flakes, 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. dried parsley, 1 tsp. dried basil, 1 tsp. dried oregano, 1 tsp. onion powder, 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Season the chicken breasts with sea salt and ground black pepper.

  • Marinate the chicken with half of the sauce for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once in a while, and basting the with remaining sauce.
