Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the chipotle powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle the spice mixture all over the wings, making sure to coat them evenly.
2 lbs. chicken wings
Place the wings on the grill and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 5 to 6 minutes.
If using, combine the buffalo sauce and honey in a bowl.
¼ cup raw honey, ¼ cup buffalo sauce
Brush the wings with the buffalo-honey mixture and cook another 5 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through.
