  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine the chipotle powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper to taste.
    1 tbsp. chipotle powder, 1 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. garlic powder, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Sprinkle the spice mixture all over the wings, making sure to coat them evenly.
    2 lbs. chicken wings
  • Place the wings on the grill and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 5 to 6 minutes.
  • If using, combine the buffalo sauce and honey in a bowl.
    ¼ cup raw honey, ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • Brush the wings with the buffalo-honey mixture and cook another 5 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through.
