Ingredients

  • 2 apples peeled and chopped
  • 4 oranges peeled
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh turmeric minced
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Place the apples, oranges, and lemon in a blender and pulse until smooth.

  • Add the ginger and turmeric and give another pulse.

  • Pour in the water and pulse until you get a smooth juice; for a smoother juice add more water.
