  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine the spices and season with salt and pepper to taste.
    2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tsp. onion powder, 2 tsp. paprika, ¼ tsp. cumin powder, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. dried parsley, 1 tsp. dried oregano, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, ¼ tsp. chili flakes
  • Brush the pork chops with olive oil and season with the creole-spice mixture evenly on both sides.
    4 bone-in pork chops, Olive oil, ½ tbsp. Creole seasoning
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the pork chops for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
