  • Combine the basil, parsley, chives, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, ¼ cup fresh parsley, 3 tbsp. fresh chives, 3 tbsp. garlic, ¼ cup fresh lemon juice, ¼ cup olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Drizzle the lemon-basil mixture over the lamb chops and let marinate at room temperature for 20 to 25 minutes.
    4 to 6 lamb chops
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the lamb and chops for 4 to 6 minutes per side or to the desired doneness.
  • Let the chops rest for 4 to 5 minutes before serving.
