Spicy Honey Roasted Carrots Recipe
Roasted carrots don't need to be boring - this recipe dresses your carrots up with a spicy-sweet sauce.

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix all the ingredients and place into a single layer on a baking sheet.
1 lb. carrots, 1 tbsp. melted coconut oil, Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
Bake until tender (about 20 minutes); toss the carrots mid-way through cooking.
Add more Sriracha and/or honey before serving if you wish.
2 tbsp. Sriracha or hot pepper sauce, 2 tbsp. honey
Serve topped with fresh cilantro.
