Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted hazelnuts roughly chopped
  • 10 whole roasted hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup or raw honey

Instructions

  • Pulse ½ cup of the chopped hazelnut in a food processor until you get a smooth powder.

  • Add the maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
    2 tbsp. raw cocoa powder, ¼ cup pure maple syrup or raw honey, 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pulse again until you get a smooth, sticky texture.
  • Roll each 10 whole hazelnuts with the chocolate-hazelnut mixture; dip in the remaining chopped hazelnuts.

  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Place in a freezer for 15 to 20 min; remove for 4 to 5 minutes before eating.
