Strawberry And Rhubarb Compote Recipe

- 4 cups strawberries chopped
- 4 cups fresh rhubarb trimmed and chopped
- Juice from 1 lemon
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp. raw honey
- Pinch of sea salt
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Place over medium heat, and bring to a light boil.
Simmer for 25 to 35 minutes or until you reach your desired thickness.
Mash everything and stir until smooth.
Place the sauce in a clean jar, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
