thinly sliced pork loin

minced

cup
mushrooms
minced

celery stalk
minced

shallot
minced

garlic cloves
minced

egg
beaten

tbsp.
fresh parsley

fresh lemon juice

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the apple, mushroom, celery, shallot, garlic, and lemon juice; season to taste.

½ cup mushrooms,
1 celery stalk,
1 shallot,
2 garlic cloves,
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice,
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Melt some cooking fat in a skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool; add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.

Place about 1 tablespoon of apple-mushroom mixture on each pork slice.
½ lb. thinly sliced pork loin
Roll the pork slices and secure them with a toothpick.
Heat some cooking fat in a skillet and cook each pork roll on all sides until cooked through.
