  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • In a bowl, combine the maple syrup, ghee, chicken stock, sage, parsley, garlic, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    ½ cup maple syrup, ½ cup ghee, 1 cup chicken stock, ¼ cup fresh sage, ¼ cup fresh parsley, 2 garlic cloves, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Brush the turkey with the maple mixture.
    1 turkey breast half + 1 turkey leg
  • Wrap each turkey piece with bacon slices making sure they are held well.
    1 lb. sliced bacon
  • Place in a baking pan, and roast in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes or so with the remaining sauce until the internal temperature is 165 F.
  • Let the turkey cool down for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • When ready, sprinkle some fresh parsley on top and serve.
