Preheat your oven to 350 F.
Season the duck generously with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and allspice.

Brown the duck legs on a skillet over medium-high heat on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
Place half of the lemon and orange slices on the bottom of a baking dish, then top with the duck legs.

Place the remaining orange and lemon slices on top of the duck, then cover with fresh thyme.

Pour the chicken stock and orange juice into the baking dish, then place in the oven.
1 cup chicken stock, ½ cup orange juice
Bake for 1-½ to 2 hours in the oven.
