  • Heat coconut oil in a skillet.
    2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • Add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, paprika, coriander, turmeric, and chili flakes; cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
    1 tsp. cumin seeds, 2 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, 1 tsp. paprika powder, 1 tbsp. ground coriander, ½ tsp. turmeric powder, 1 tsp. chili flakes, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Add the cabbage and carrots, and saute for 2 to 4 minutes.
    1 head of cabbage, ½ cup shredded carrots
  • Add ¼ cup water, then cover and cook for about 8 minutes.
