  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, bell pepper, cilantro, green onion, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, and season to taste.
    2 tomatoes, ¼ cup bell pepper, ¼ cup fresh cilantro, 1 green onion, 1 garlic clove, 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice, 2 tbsp. fresh lime zest, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Refrigerate until ready to eat.
  • Season the fish fillets with paprika, chili powder, oregano, sea salt and black pepper.
    4 white fish fillets, ½ tbsp. chili powder, ½ tbsp. dried oregano, ½ tbsp. paprika
  • Grill fish for 3 to 5 minutes per side and set aside.
  • Serve the fish with the tomato-lime salsa.
