Fruit Salad With Lemon Dressing Recipe
This colorful salad has a nice variety of different berries and fruits, and it's easy to make ahead for later.

Toss all the fruits together in a large salad bowl.
6 mandarin or clementine oranges, 4 apples, 4 kiwis, 4 bananas, ½ cup pomegranate seeds, ½ cup blueberries
In another bowl, whisk the avocado oil, lemon juice, and poppy seeds until well emulsified.
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, ½ cup avocado oil, 2 tsp. poppy seeds
Drizzle the lemon dressing over the fruit salad.
Toss gently until everything is well coated.
Refrigerate and serve cold.
