  • Combine all the ingredients in one large bowl and season the beef to taste with freshly ground black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
    1.5 lbs. sirloin steak, 1 large Asian pear, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. fresh ginger, 4 garlic cloves, ¼ cup coconut aminos, 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp. raw honey, 1 carrot, Freshly ground black pepper
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the beef slices until cooked to desired doneness, 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Serve topped with sliced green onions.
