2 tbsp. coconut oil, 1-2 tbsp. honey, Pinch of sea salt flakes, 1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cups whole almonds, 1 cup whole walnuts, 1 cup macadamia nuts, 1 cup coconut flakes, ½ cup pumpkin seeds, ¼ cup sunflower seeds, ¼ cup flax seed, ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • Mix until everything is well coated in the oil.
  • Transfer the granola mixture to a greased baking sheet.
