In a saucepan placed over medium heat, dissolve the honey into the orange juice. Stir in the cranberries and cook for about 10 minutes.

Add all the remaining ingredients for the cranberry sauce, mix well, and bring to a boil.

Lower the heat and let simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste, and remove from the heat.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. Season to taste, and mix until well combined.
2 lbs. ground beef, 1 egg, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tsp. onion powder, 2 tsp. ground ginger, 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Roll the meat mixture into bite-sized meatballs.
Melt some cooking fat in a skillet placed over medium-high heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.

Lower the heat to medium-low. Pour the cranberry sauce over the meatballs and let simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until the meatballs are no longer pink inside.
