In a small bowl, combine the paprika, allspice, nutmeg, cardamom, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and season to taste.
8 garlic cloves, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon allspice, ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon ground green cardamom, 5 tbsp. olive oil, Juice of 1 lemon, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Rub the chicken breasts with the spice mixture, making sure they are well coated.

Let the chicken marinate for 2 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
In another bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dill sauce, season to taste, and refrigerate.
1 cup homemade mayonnaise, 1 garlic clove, ½ cup fresh dill, 1 tbsp. olive oil, Juice of ½ lemon or lime, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken on the pre-heated grill for 10 to 12 minutes per side.
Serve the chicken with the dill sauce.
