Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl. Stir until well combined and season to taste.
    ⅓ cup almond butter, 1 garlic clove, ½ tbsp. fresh ginger, ½ tsp. red pepper flakes, 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, Juice of one lime, 2 tbsp. coconut aminos, 1 tbsp. raw honey, 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a salad bowl and toss gently.
    2 cups pre-cooked chicken, 4 cups Napa cabbage, 2 carrots, 1 cucumber, 1 red pepper, 2 green onions
  • Drizzle the dressing on top, give another gentle toss, and serve.
