Preheat your grill to high.
Season the pork chops to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

In a bowl, combine the olive oil and the curry powder.

Coat the chops with curry oil.
Grill each chop for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salad and toss gently.
2 cups cucumber, ¼ cup extra-virgin oil olive, 1 shallot, ¼ cup fresh cilantro, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 cups honeydew melon
Serve the pork chops with honeydew and cucumber salad.
