Ingredients

  • 2 cups banana frozen
  • 2 cups pineapple frozen
  • 2 cups mango fresh
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. cashew nuts
  • 1-2 tbsp. mixed seeds
  • Fresh fruit and toppings of your choice to serve

Instructions

  • Combine the fruit, coconut milk, nuts, and seeds in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more coconut milk if the mixture is too thick.
