- 2 cups banana frozen
- 2 cups pineapple frozen
- 2 cups mango fresh
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. cashew nuts
- 1-2 tbsp. mixed seeds
- Fresh fruit and toppings of your choice to serve
Combine the fruit, coconut milk, nuts, and seeds in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more coconut milk if the mixture is too thick.
