  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Bring a saucepan of water to a light boil over medium-high heat.
  • Add green beans and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    1 ½ lbs. green beans
  • Drain and place the beans in a bowl of iced water.
  • In a large bowl, mix the green beans, olive oil, garlic, onion, and season to taste.
    1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 2 tbsp. olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Slice the bacon strips in half and wrap small batches of green beans.
    4 to 6 bacon slices
  • Place the wrapped green beans on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
