  • Preheat your oven to 425 F.
    20 chicken wing
  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the Kansas City BBQ sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    3 cups homemade ketchup, 3 cloves garlic, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup honey, 2 tbsp. homemade Worcestershire sauce, 1½ tbsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. smoked paprika, ½ tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with the BBQ sauce, and toss gently to coat.
  • Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet and line them up in a single layer.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.
