Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy (about 10 minutes).

Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, but leave the rendered fat in.
In the same skillet, add the cauliflower, garlic, and onion. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until it starts to golden.
¾ lb. cauliflower, 1 medium onion, 1 clove garlic, 2 tbsp. Paleo cooking fat
Add the smoked paprika and season to taste with salt and pepper.
½ tsp. smoked paprika, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Add the water. Cover the skillet and cook until the cauliflower is tender about 5 minutes.
3 tbsp. water
Return the bacon to the skillet.
Add the lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes then, remove from the heat and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
Juice from half a lemon, 2 tsp. fresh parsley
Serve with eggs or as a side for any meal.
