Fruit Juice Gelatin Recipe

A quick and easily customizable Paleo dessert that actually has impressive health benefits, thanks to its gelatin content.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of fruit juice of your choice
  • 4 tbsp. gelatin powder
  • 1 cup of fresh fruits optional

Instructions

  • Heat 3 cups of the juice until almost boiling.
  • In a bowl, combine the 1 cold cup of juice with the gelatin powder and mix well.
    4 cups of fruit juice of your choice, 4 tbsp. gelatin powder
  • Add the hot juice to the gelatin powder and mix well again.
  • Pour into a pan and add the fresh fruits.
    1 cup of fresh fruits
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until firmly set.
