  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • In a bowl, combine all the mushrooms, bacon, garlic, ghee, and season generously to taste.
    1 cup cremini mushrooms, 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, 5 bacon slices, 2 garlic cloves, ¼ cup ghee or melted coconut oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1 cup mushrooms
  • Mix everything well and place in a small baking dish.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
  • Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
