Herb Parsnip Fries Recipe
Move over potatoes, the herb parsnip fries have arrived and they are awaiting a nice pot of Paleo mayo and sriracha sauce for dipping in.

parsnips
peeled, cut into strips

tbsp.
fresh rosemary
minced
½
tbsp.
fresh parsley
minced
½
tsp.
paprika

garlic cloves
minced

olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 F.
In a bowl, combine parsnips, parsley, rosemary, garlic, and olive oil, and season to taste.
2 ½ lbs. parsnips,
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary,
½ tbsp. fresh parsley,
2 garlic cloves,
¼ cup olive oil,
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper,
½ tsp. paprika
Toss everything until well combined, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve the parsnip fries with more fresh rosemary if desired.
