  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and cover.
    1 avocado, 1 cup fresh baby spinach, ½ cucumber, 1 celery stalk, 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice, ¼ tsp. turmeric, 2 tbsp. melted coconut oil
  • Pulse until all the ingredients are smooth.
  • Add more water or coconut milk if the mix is too thick, and pulse again.
    1 cup coconut or almond milk, ¼ cup water or 1-2 ice cubes
  • Pour into two glasses and serve.
