Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef.
1.5 lbs. ground beef
Add onions and garlic and cook, frequently stirring, for 4 to 8 minutes.

Add in the tomatoes, tomato paste, and tomato sauce, and stir well.
1 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 cups tomato sauce, 1 cup tomatoes
Season to taste, and add the chopped parsley.
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, ¼ cup chopped parsley
Add the cauliflower rice, lemon juice, and chopped cabbage. Cook over a medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
1 ½ cups cauliflower, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 lbs. roughly equivalent to 1 medium head mixed cabbage, blanched and roughly chopped
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
