Jalapeno Poppers Recipe
These mouthwatering stuffed jalapeno peppers will have you reaching back to the plate again...and again...and again...!
Prep Time 15 minutes minutes Cook Time 20 minutes minutes Total Time 35 minutes minutes
- 10 jalapeno peppers sliced in half and seeded
- 10 bacon slices cut in half
- 10 mini sausages or full sausages sliced into 10 pieces
- 1 cup almond cheese optional
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Preheat your oven to 425 F.
If using almond cheese, mix it with the chili powder in a bowl.
1 cup almond cheese, 1 tsp. chili powder
Fill each jalapeno cavity with almond cheese.
10 jalapeno peppers
Place a sausage on top of each jalapeno.
10 mini sausages or full sausages sliced into 10 pieces
Wrap each popper with half a bacon slice and secure with a toothpick if needed.
10 bacon slices
Place on a baking sheet, and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
