Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

These mouthwatering stuffed jalapeno peppers will have you reaching back to the plate again...and again...and again...!

Ingredients

  • 10 jalapeno peppers sliced in half and seeded
  • 10 bacon slices cut in half
  • 10 mini sausages or full sausages sliced into 10 pieces
  • 1 cup almond cheese optional
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 F.
  • If using almond cheese, mix it with the chili powder in a bowl.

  • Fill each jalapeno cavity with almond cheese.
    10 jalapeno peppers
  • Place a sausage on top of each jalapeno.
    10 mini sausages or full sausages sliced into 10 pieces
  • Wrap each popper with half a bacon slice and secure with a toothpick if needed.
    10 bacon slices
  • Place on a baking sheet, and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
