Honey-Coated Walnuts and Peaches Recipe
When you decide to treat yourself, treat yourself right with this delicious Paleo desert that tastes even better over a scoop of homemade ice cream.

- 4 peaches quartered (leave the skin on or not, as you prefer)
- ¼ cup raw honey optional
- ½ cup walnuts chunked
- ¼ cup clarified butter ghee
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
In a skillet, melt the ghee and honey over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the peaches and cinnamon to the mixture, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the walnuts and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
