Place the nuts in a food processor and process until they are crumbs. Add the mayonnaise, cumin, salt, and pepper and continue mixing until everything is evenly combined.
2 tablespoon homemade mayonnaise, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, 1 12 oz jar roasted red peppers
Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and process until it takes on the form and consistency of a dip.
2 cups pecans, 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Taste and add additional salt, pepper, and/or lemon juice if desired.
