Preheat your oven to 350 F.
Place the bell peppers in a pot of salted boiling water for about 4 minutes. Drain.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, almond flour, oregano, basil and season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Fill the bell peppers with the ground meat mixture.
In a bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing together the tomato sauce, water, vinegar, mustard, oregano, basil and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
1 cup canned tomato sauce, ¼ cup water, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, ¼ teaspoon dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon dried basil, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Spread a layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish, then place the stuffed peppers on top and cover them with the remaining of the sauce.
Place in the oven to cook for 50 to 60 minutes
