Delicious pears, combined with strips of your favorite cut of beef and handfuls of watercress; cucumber, garlic and lime - makes for a tasty salad indeed!

  • Combine the watercress, cucumbers, beef strips, and pears in a bowl.
    2 bunches of watercress, 2 small cucumbers, 1 lb. beef strips, 2 Bosc pears
  • In another small bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Whisk everything together and season with salt and pepper.
    ¼ cup lime juice, 1 garlic clove, 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger, ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, 1 green onion, Salt and pepper
  • Dress the salad with the vinaigrette right before serving.
